For the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new Vionic footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support. Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive. To preserve the appearance of your Vionic footwear, we recommend that you clean, when needed, using a dry, cotton cloth to wipe away dirt or dust. Keep leather footwear away from direct heat to prevent the leather from drying out. If your shoes become wet, please allow them to dry naturally. We recommend that you test any cleaning product by applying a small amount to a discreet area and allowing it to dry. Do not use cleaners which contain acid or detergents, as they may damage and prematurely age the leather.

Customer Reviews

These are so gorgeous and stylish, I fell in love with them at first sight. They also go with all of my outfits. Unfortunately, however, while the foot bed is fantastic (supportive, firm, comfortable, and perfect for my plantar fasciitis), the heaviness of the boots themselves and the clumpiness of the soles made it difficult to walk in them without changing my gait. I've followed the recommendations and only wore them in gradually (20 minutes the first day, an hour the second, a few hours the third), but by day four my left hip flexor was in agony. They also rub against the back of my right heel even if I wear a sock liner and band-aids. So I'll have to return them. It's such a shame, but I don't want to risk injuring myself with shoes that were supposed to help my foot health. (For reference, I'm 39 years old, athletic and in good health, but have to wear orthotics and/or Vionics or FitFlop due to a variety of foot injuries I suffered in my twenties from years of long distance running). If you don't have an issue with heavy footwear and/or you have strong ankles, though, these would probably be fine.

Lovely leopards

Normally, with a pair of boots, you have to wear them a while to break them in, but I put these on as soon as they arrived and walked down to our Christmas lights switch on. I felt stylish and comfortable...and someone asked where they were from. My favourite boots from Vionic yet!
