For the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new VIONIC footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support.
Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive.
- To clean, wipe away dirt and dust with a dry cotton cloth.
- Do NOT submerge in water or use solvents to clean products.
- Do NOT expose to extreme temperatures.
- Commercial dry cleaning or home wash/dry laundry machines are NOT recommended.

Excellent slippers with the usual build up as in the vionic shoes. Bought in sale so excellent value. Warm and comfy I would recommend going up a size I am EU 35 equivalent 2.5 UK and these are a 3 and fit me well.

This is my third pair of Ida slippers...so obviously I like them. Good fit, comfortable and they help relieve pain in my arthritic knees. But!! They are very expensive. I would suggest they are really overpriced!.

I bought a pair but unfortunately the inner lining came apart after 3 weeks . I contacted customer services ( Julia) by email and and within hours an email returned saying a new pair was in the post for me . Very comfortable to wear . Excellent customer services , so helpful . Thank you

My slippers were a Christmas present and they are fantastic - I have suffered for a few years with a very painful heel due to ligament being out of line. Since I have been wearing my slippers I have no pain at all..

These are my second pair of Ida slippers. Great support and don't go sloppy like some other makes. Keep feet warm and have a sturdy sole.
